Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Innovation, Store
Atmosphere, and Promotion on Sales Volume at The Harvest Manado. This research is a quantitative
study using questionnaire data that was processed using the SPSS 23 Statistics application.
Respondents in this study were all customers who had registered as members of The Harvest Manado
until November 2022. The results of this study indicated that innovation had a positive and significant
effect on sales volume. . Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume.
Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume. Simultaneous test results show that
the variables Innovation, Store Atmosphere, and Promotion have a positive and significant effect on
Sales Volume at The Harvest Manado.
