Abstract

Interest is a person's high tendency to carry out certain activities that he likes, based on his talents, experience and ultimately encourages someone to make entrepreneurial decisions. Motivation is an urge to do something, motivation can come from within or from family and social environment. Family Environment Encouragement is an encouragement obtained from the immediate environment, especially the family to do something, such as entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial decisions are decisions that are taken by someone because of the interest, motivation and encouragement of the family environment he gets. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of interest, motivation, and encouragement from the family environment in entrepreneurship decisions. This study uses a type of quantitative research using questionnaire data and processed using the statistical application of SPSS version 23. Multiple regression analysis is an analytical tool used as a result of this research. The results of this study indicate that the interests, motivation, and encouragement of the family environment have a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial decisions.
