Abstract

This study aimed to determine the infuence of Compensation, Work-life Balance, and Workload on Turnover Intention at PT. Equityworld Futures Manado. This study was quantitative  study  using  questionnaire  data  through  Google  Forms  distributed  to  57 Marketing Employees and processed using SPSS version 27 software. The results of this study indicated that Compensation in this study had a significant influence on Turnover Intention, Work-life Balance in this study had a significant influence on Turnover Intention, and Workload in this study had a significant influence on Turnover Intention. Simultaneously, all independent variables influenced the dependent variable at PT. Equityworld Futures Manado.
