The development of economic activities and the increase in economic actors in this case, economic actors of companies, make every company always try to innovate in strategic management so that they continue to develop with the products and services they have. The concept of competitive advantage from companies that have a strong management strategy becomes a strong capital to survive in an era full of competition. Companies engaged in the automotive sector to face competitive advantages in this era are required to always develop with good management strategies and cannot be imitated by competitors.PT Hasjrat Abadi Manado is a company that is an official dealer for selling Toyota brand cars and Yamaha brand motorbikes. Observing the presence of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado which continues to grow until now, it is interesting for the author to examine the Grand Matrix strategy in implementing this business. The method used is a qualitative research method with informants as many as 4 employees at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado consists of a branch head, 2 people from the Sales department and the Administration department. The purpose of this study is: the application of the Grand Strategy Matrix for Competitive Advantage of Companies with a Case Study at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado. The results of the study show that PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado is in a position of a company that has strong competitiveness amidst rapid market growth with all the advantages it has in terms of products, services and financing.
