Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of the independent variables Work Environment, Supervision and Position Promotion partially or simultaneously on the dependent variable Employee Motivation at PT. PLN UP3 Manado. The research method used was quantitative with a Cluster Sampling (Area Sampling) sampling technique so that the number of respondents used was 64 respondents. The results of this research are that partially the Work Environment has no significant effect on Employee Motivation, Supervision has a significant effect on Employee Motivation, Position Promotion has a significant effect on Employee Motivation. Simultaneously, the work environment, supervision and promotion have a significant effect on employee motivation. Meanwhile, the results of the coefficient of determination showed that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable was 51.60% and the remaining 48.40% was influenced by variables not studied.
