ANALISA RESIKO PADA KAFE SMILE DI -KOTA MANADO

Abstract

This research is conducted to identify the various problems that business practitioners must face. The research method employed is qualitative research, where data collection during the study is done through interview techniques. The informants during the interview process are the owners of the researched object and some employees working in that place. The results of this research discuss the various risks present in the business, how these risks influence the success of the business, and strategies to address or reduce these risks. Therefore, both companies and organizations need to have effective risk management to identify and handle these risks, ultimately minimizing losses . There are 7 lists of risks faced by Smile cafe, namely location risk (10%), infrastructure risk (5%), financial risk (10%), technology risk (5%), operational risk (50%), human resource risk ( HR) (10 %), supply chain risk (10%). The seven risks above must be controlled effectively by Smile cash management, this aims to ensure that the vision, mission and goals can be achieved.
