Abstract

Work discipline is one of the important factors that needs to be considered in the process of achieving the goals of a company. This research aimed to find out the influence of leadership style, supervision, and sanctions on the work discipline of the employees of PT Telkom Tomohon. The research method used was the quantitative method by using data obtained from distributing questionnaires to all employees as respondents. The data analysis used was validity and reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, correlation coefficient test and coefficient of determination test with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that partially, leadership style had a significant influence on employee work discipline. Partially, supervision and sanctions did not have a significant influence on employee work discipline. And simultaneously leadership style, supervision and sanctions had a significant influence on employee work discipline at PT Telkom Tomohon.
