The research methodology employed is qualitative, involving interviews with UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) owners around Alfamart and Indomaret stores in the Kombos Timur area. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the presence of modern retail businesses does not significantly impact the sales of most local stores. These stores have successfully survived by implementing strategies such as offering unique products unavailable in modern retail outlets, adjusting prices to meet the needs of local customers, operating 24 hours a day, and enhancing customer service. UMKM owners also express optimism about the future of their businesses and plan to further expand their operations. In conclusion, local retail stores exhibit remarkable resilience and possess the potential to thrive amidst competition with modern minimarkets, thanks to<br>effective strategies and adaptation to the needs of the local market. However, UMKMs often face various challenges, including financial, technological, and market constraints. This study recommends that the government and relevant institutions continue to support UMKMs through policies that facilitate access to essential resources and strengthen a conducive business ecosystem. This study employed a quantitativeapproach, utilizing data collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of consumers at Boulevard Motor Manado. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS 27, employing multiplelinear regression analysis. The findings indicated that price, product quality, and word of moutheach had a significant positive influence on consumers’ purchase decisions at Boulevard Motormanado. This research was carried out using IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) to analyzed the data with data analysis method of Independent Sample T-Test. Data collected using questionnaires</em><br><em>distributed among student of Catholic University of De La Salle Manado. Based on the research conducted, the mean difference value is negative which means that the purchase decision using Shopee is lower than purchase decision using TikTok Shop. Data variances between Shopee and TikTok Shop is homogenic or similar and there is no significant difference between Shopee and TikTok Shop among the student of Catholic University of De La Salle Manado. It is recommended for business to focus on using TikTok Shop as the platform for e-commerce, considering the platform’s user-friendly and famous among student of Catholic University of De La Salle Manado. Based on the winner's curse hypothesis proposed by Rock, investors who feel they have superior information tend to bid higher than the IPO price. However, in an environment with no information impairment, they doubt </em><em>whether the IPO price reflects the true condition of the company, leading to incorrect bids. The model proposed in this article describes a market where IPO firms and investment banks as underwriters commit to the initial offer without further adjustment. The article also examines two stock offering conditions, namely oversubscription (demand is higher than the amount offered) and </em><em>undersubscription (supply exceeds demand), and their effect on IPO prices. The results show that post-IPO stock price declines often occur due to information imbalances and stock allotment. In this context, financial managers who are lacking competency will be unable to complete their work efficiently, effectively, and economically. Competency allows time savings in financial reporting as </em><em>knowledgeable and skilled financial managers understand the necessary procedures, enabling timely completion and presentation of financial reports. The regional financial accounting system documents and processes regional financial data and related data, starting from encompassing data collection, recording, summarization, and reporting, ultimately presenting financial information to </em><em>the public. This information also serves as a basis for decision-making in planning, implementation, and accountability reporting. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of financial management competency and the regional financial accounting system on the quality of regional financial reporting in Local Government Agencies of North Minahasa Regency. This study employed </em><em>a quantitative research method. Data collection utilized primary data gathered through questionnaires. The population consisted of all 150 finance staff members within the Local Government Agencies of North Minahasa Regency. A sample size of 110 was determined using stratified random sampling and calculated using Slovin's Formula. The results of this research aim to determine whether there is a significant influence between product innovation and price on the competitive advantage of the Kejora Geprek restaurant. The method used in analyzing is a quantitative method with a Multiple Regression test. Data obtained from a questionnaire administered to 137 respondents who were consumers of the Kejora Geprek restaurant. The results of the research show that there is an influence of product and price innovation on the competitive advantage of Kejora Geprek restaurant MSMEs. Multiple linear regression shows the results Y = 1.904 + 0.035 The product innovation variable has an effect but is not significant on competitive advantage. The t-test on the price variable shows that the Tcount &gt; Ttable value is (9,968 &gt; 1.97419) with a sig value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05.
