The concept of competitive advantage from companies that have a strong management strategy becomes a strong capital to survive in an era full of competition. Companies engaged in the automotive sector to face competitive advantages in this era are required to always develop with good management strategies and cannot be imitated by competitors.PT Hasjrat Abadi Manado is a company that is an official dealer for selling Toyota brand cars and Yamaha brand motorbikes. Observing the presence of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado which continues to grow until now, it is interesting for the author to examine the Grand Matrix strategy in implementing this business. The method used is a qualitative research method with informants as many as 4 employees at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado consists of a branch head, 2 people from the Sales department and the Administration department. The purpose of this study is: the application of the Grand Strategy Matrix for Competitive Advantage of Companies with a Case Study at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Manado. The results of the study show that PT. This research is a quantitative descriptive that explaining the phenomena through data collecting and analyzed by using statistical methods. The population of this research is the tenants operating and actively doing business at Catholic University of De La Salle Manado especially in Foodcourt area and Student House area. Data collection method used in this research is questionnaires distributed to all of the tenants in the designated area. the result of partial test concluded that performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, perceived risk, and perceived cost don’t have a significant influence on behavioral intention to use mobile payment. This also means that hypothesis one through hypothesis five is rejected. Perceived trust in the only variable that has a significant influence on behavioral intention to use mobile payment, and the hypothesis six is accepted. Based on simultaneous test, the result shows that all the independent variables have a significant influence on behavioral intention to use mobile payment. This also means that the hypothesis seven is accepted. Even though there are a few tenants show is not using mobile payment as their payment methods, but this research could provide some insights as a recommendation for them to use mobile payment. EQUITYWORLD FUTURES CABANG MANADO https://feb.unikadelasalle.ac.id/ejournal/index.php/innovative/article/view/55 <p><em>This</em> <em>study</em> <em>aimed</em> <em>to</em> <em>determine</em> <em>the</em> <em>influence</em> <em>of consumer trust, risk perception, and brand image on the purchase decisions of gold commodity futures trading market at PT. Equityworld Futures Manado Branch. The method used was quantitative. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to prospective consumers of PT. Equityworld Futures Manado Branch. The results showed that consumer trust, risk perception, and brand image had a significant influence both partially and simultaneously on the purchase decisions. Consumer trust was proven to be the most dominant factor influencing the purchase decisions, followed by brand image and risk perception. The implications of this study suggest that companies should strengthen consumer trust, manage risk perception effectively, and build a strong brand image to enhance the consumer purchase decisions. The profit of a bank can be assessed through the ratios reported in the financial statements. This study aimed to analyze the influence of liquidity and productive assets on the profitability of Bank Perekonomian Rakyat in North Sulawesi Province, with exogenous variables consisting of liquidity variable, measured by the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and cash ratio indicators, and productive assets variable, measured by the Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Allowance for Productive Asset Write-Offs (PPAP) indicators while the endogenous variable consisting of profitability as measured by the Return on Assets (ROA) indicator. This study used a multivariate research method of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Smart-pls software by using secondary data of ratios and time series. The population of the study was 18 Bank Perekonomian Rakyat in North Sulawesi Province. The sampling method was purposive sampling with a sample of 64 that met the specified criteria. To enhance efficiency and fairness in the tax system, the government frequently introduces changes and harmonizes tax regulations. One of the latest regulatory updates is the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 168 of 2023, effective as of January 1, 2024, following Government Regulation Number 58 of 2023. This regulation governs the procedures for withholding Income Tax (Article 21) on individual income, as part of broader efforts to harmonize Indonesia’s tax system. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of these regulatory changes and compare the calculation of individual income tax obligations before and after the implementation of PMK 168 of 2023. The research employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Secondary data were used and collected through documentation techniques. Data analysis involved several stages, including data collection, raw data description, data reduction, categorization, and identifying relationships between categories. The results of the study indicate that the application of effective tax rates as stipulated in PMK 168 of 2023 simplifies the calculation process of Article 21 Income Tax for individual taxpayers. Individuals with lower incomes benefit from reduced or even exempted tax obligations, while those with higher incomes are subject to higher tax rates. Ake Abadi's products. In the current rapidly evolving industrial era, companies face intense competition, necessitating effective and efficient strategies. CV. Ake Abadi, a major beverage producer, experiences challenges in aligning its SCM with marketing efforts, primarily due to limitations in production capacity and product storage. These constraints directly impact its ability to meet market demand, implement effective marketing strategies, and consequently affect sales performance. This research employs a qualitative method, utilizing a case study approach at CV. Ake Abadi. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with company management, direct observation, and a review of relevant literature. The findings reveal that SCM, particularly production capacity constraints (limited to two main machines and insufficient storage), significantly restricts the company's marketing activities and contributes to sales stagnation. The company struggles with sudden demand surges and its reliance on distributors limits direct market responsiveness. The study aims to identify the impact of SCM on CV. Ake Abadi's marketing and analyze its influence on product sales. It concludes that CV. Ake Abadi's current SCM inadequacies, especially in production, act as a primary inhibitor to effective marketing and sales growth, highlighting an urgent need for improvements in these areas</em><strong><em>.</em></strong></p> Christophorus Koleangan Andrew Asalui Nathalia Limpong Zander Maringka Copyright (c) 2025 2025-04-30 2025-04-30 22 1 57 68 PENGARUH NILAI TUKAR, TINGKAT SUKU BUNGA DAN INFLASI TERHADAP INDEKS HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR KESEHATAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2018-2022 https://feb.unikadelasalle.ac.id/ejournal/index.php/innovative/article/view/60 <p><em>This study aimed to analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors on the stock price movements of companies in the healthcare sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2018 to 2022. The influence was analyzed both partially and simultaneously on 8 companies that met the criteria from a total of 33 healthcare sector companies that were the population and sample. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with secondary data taken from the IDX and Bank Indonesia websites. Based on the T-test, partially, the Exchange Rate, Interest Rate, and Inflation did not significantly influence the Stock Price Index of Healthcare Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the F-test showed that simultaneously, the Exchange Rate, Interest Rate, and Inflation also did not significantly influence the Stock Price Index of Healthcare Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
